Hand in pockets

Boy on left hand end (hands in pocket) is Peter Carlos, been working in mill for 1 1/2 years. Smallest boy is Nicholas Karambles. I counted 23 boys and girls that looked to be under 14 years of age going into these mills one morning, and I could not watch all the gates. Cocheco Mfg. Co. Dover, N.H.
