Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Roser
Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Roser is an expert in product development and lean manufacturing. He studied Physics at the University of Ulm, Germany, and Mechanical Engineering at KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology), Germany.
He has worked for many years at Robert Bosch GmbH as a project director in platform product development of new technologies. He developed fuel cells, power tools, ultrasonic sensors, and radar sensors for autonomous driving. Together with his team, he coordinated product design and production ramp-up with a strong focus on lean manufacturing principles.
Jochen Roser is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Bosch Product Engineering Leader, and a lecturer in manufacturing technologies at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is the managing director of the AALean GmbH, a Lean consulting company he founded with his brother, helping clients all around the world to improve their manufacturing systems.
