Lean Flow Training

Design Stable, Efficient, and Flexible Production Flow

True Lean performance is not about isolated improvements—it’s about creating smooth, predictable flow across your entire value stream. This Lean Flow course covers the essential Lean fundamentals—such as 5S, Lean Logistics, Kaizen, Seeing Waste, and Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence (JIT/JIS)—needed to enable efficient operations. It also includes the Lean tools courses Lean Line Design and Bottleneck Detection. You’ll learn how to design and optimize your production flow, identify hidden constraints, and build a system that runs efficiently while adapting quickly to changing customer demand.

Strengthen the Foundation with Essential Methodologies

Stable flow begins with a strong foundation on the shop floor. In this session, you’ll learn how 5S, efficient material handling, and clear work organization create predictable, waste-free processes. By applying Kaizen for continuous improvement, detecting small deviations early, and aligning operations with Just-in-Time (JIT) flow, you’ll build a dynamic, self-correcting system where flow happens naturally, bottlenecks are minimized, and value creation is continuous. The result is a dynamic, self-correcting system where flow happens naturally and value creation never stops.

With a deep methodic foundation you will also understand complex line setups.

Build Flow through Lean Line Design

Designing efficient production lines is key to lean manufacturing. Based on our lean tools course Lean Line Design, we will give you the tools to build flow-oriented, flexible, and stable systems, with practical guidance on when and how to move from job shop layouts to streamlined flow lines. You will be able to try out numerous line configurations with our production simulator setup.

Identify and Eliminate Bottlenecks

In theory, bottlenecks are easy to find, provided the production system remains stable and runs smoothly… which it never does. Based on our lean tools course Bottleneck detection, you will learn with us how to identify real-life bottlenecks. Whether they are static, dynamic, or moving, our methods reliably and quickly identify the bad boy in your system.
