You’ll learn how to handle cycle time mismatches without resorting to excess inventory, how to place supermarkets or FIFO lanes based on process constraints, and how to design pull systems or flow loops that fit your actual demand. You’ll explore how to use the right level of control and scheduling, and how to structure your system around takt time rather than fire drills.
