A key part of the training is a hands-on simulation where participants apply the principles of work standardization in a practical setting. This exercise helps bridge theory and practice, allowing participants to optimize their own processes in real time. The simulation is based on a LEGO model, providing a fun, engaging, and tangible way to explore the creation of work standards.
