From centralized warehouses to point-of-use storage and supermarkets, participants will learn how to choose and implement storage methods that align with lean principles and support the needs of the production process.

The course also introduces various material supply concepts, including milk runs and point of use providers. These systems are examined in terms of flexibility, frequency, and responsiveness, with a focus on supporting continuous flow and minimizing overstocking.
