Waste Value Add Animation Example 2 No Waiting

Animation of a stick figure adding value or wasting time. This is the second of three animations. This animation is less wasteful. Still a lot of walking, and transporting, but waste has been eliminated. It has 20.9% value add, with a whopping 79.1% waste (35.6% movement waste and 43.6 transport waste). Used to illustrate how to measure efficiency for manual work. The sign in the back illustrates when an action is adding value or wasteful, with a subdivision for movement waste, waiting waste, or transport waste.
