Updated Pillars of Maintenance

Based on the eight pillars of total productive maintenance, I have created a new version of the pillars for maintenance, based on my opinion on what is useful and what not. Safety, continuous improvement, and standards (i.e. teaching) went into the foundation. Some pillars got dropped altogether. A new pillar reactive maintenance was added.
